The system is building an answer, not a list of links
Old search handed you ten blue links and let you sort it out. An AI answer picks a few places and describes them. To do that, it has to be sure enough about each one to say something out loud.
That is the whole game. Confidence.
If it cannot tell where you are, how many people you sleep, or who you suit, it will not guess in public. It moves on to a place it is sure about.

Three things, in order:
- Who you are. Your name, where you are, how to reach you.
- What you offer. Rooms, sizes, prices, what is included.
- Who you suit. Couples, families, dog people, divers.
Most small properties are clear on none of them in a way software can use. The information exists. It sits in photographs, in prose, and in the owner’s head.
The good news is who you are competing with
You are not up against a big chain with a budget. You are up against the place down the road, which has the same problem.
Most of what follows is free. Almost none of it is hard. It is the kind of work that is boring enough that nobody does it, which is exactly why doing it moves you.
